Refunds & Returns Policy

At Lekkerfresh.co.za, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest produce and premium-quality meats to our customers. If, for any reason, your order does not meet our quality standards, we are happy to assist with a return or refund—but due to the nature of fresh products, we have specific guidelines in place.
1. Same-Day Returns Policy
Since we only supply fresh goods, any returns must be requested on the same day of delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet expectations, please follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately at info@lekkerfresh.co.za within 1 hour of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos of the product, if applicable.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund once your request is verified.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If a product arrives spoiled or damaged due to handling or transit.
- If an incorrect item was delivered.
- If an item is missing from your order and cannot be supplied within the same day.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase and may take [Insert Timeframe] to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been opened or partially used.
- Orders that are not reported within the same delivery day.
